Perform diagnostic laboratory testing and quality control procedures

Prepare reagents and report test results according to established policies and procedures

Review and oversee moderate- to high‑complexity testing

Monitor and maintain laboratory computer applications

Maintain laboratory equipment and supply inventory

Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Work independently and collaboratively within a laboratory team

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Clinical Laboratory Technologist LicenseClinical laboratory experienceAssociate’s degree in Medical TechnologyModerate- to high-complexity testingCollaboration skills

Required

Associate's degree in Medical Technology or a related field

State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License

Clinical laboratory experience

Minimum of four (4) months of experience performing clinical laboratory testing

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field
