Canvass assigned neighborhoods by going door-to-door to engage homeowners
Offer free roof and siding inspections to identify storm or weather-related damage
Educate homeowners on the inspection process and potential insurance-covered repairs
Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process, from inspection to approval
Schedule inspections and follow up with homeowners throughout the sales process
Accurately document customer information and inspection results
Maintain a professional, friendly, and trustworthy presence as a representative of Mills Siding & Roofing
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face customer interactions
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable transportation and smartphone required
Preferred
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
