Responsibilities
Perform skilled work in a variety of trades to prepare, repair, and maintain assigned region of the Bureau of Store Infrastructure Development
Design and construct custom furniture, cabinets, display cases, product shelving, and related items for use in stores or offices
Work independently and assist other workers within the PLCB on various projects
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities
You must possess a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
