Responsibilities

Supervisory-level position overseeing trainers in skilled or technical vocations such as building, industrial, or mechanical trades, or business or service occupations to clients in a state facility
Accountable for developing curriculum, planning and preparing course outlines and content, planning for better use of materials and resources, and ensuring adherence of teaching programs to facility goals
At this level, positions supervise lower-level vocational teaching positions
Employee supervision includes hire recommendations; training oversight; and performance assessment, coaching, and disciplinary recommendations
