Launch and lead the Mission Critical/Data Center division in Nashville
Own P&L, staffing strategy, and long-term growth plans
Partner with executive leadership on market strategy and pursuits
Oversee preconstruction, operations, and execution of hyperscale and enterprise data center projects
Build strong client relationships with owners, developers, and key trade partners
Qualification
Required
10+ years in mission critical/data center construction
Experience leading business units, regional operations, or large programs
Strong understanding of fast-track delivery, MEP-intensive builds, and risk management
Entrepreneurial mindset with a builder's mentality
