They are adding 2 Entry Level Sales Representatives to support their Raleigh telecom B2B division, designed for individuals who want structured coaching and the opportunity to build skills in communication, sales, and leadership.

Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face outreach to local businesses to introduce telecom products and upgrades
Build confidence communicating value, explaining service options, and answering simple questions
Participate in daily development meetings focused on communication, mindset, and field strategy
Learn how to plan routes, manage time effectively, and meet daily/weekly productivity goals
Track simple customer notes and maintain accurate outreach records
Support local outreach campaigns connected to Raleigh’s expansion strategy
Qualification
Required

Desire to build skills in communication, sales, and leadership
