Responsibilities

Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements from planning through delivery
Assess historical financials, quality of earnings, working capital, and other core metrics
Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships with executives and investor groups
Provide clear, actionable commentary on financial risks, trends, and opportunities
Guide and mentor engagement teams; support professional development at all levels
Contribute to business development efforts, proposals, and client presentations
Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality
Collaborate closely with internal leaders across service lines to identify cross-functional opportunities
Travel up to 20% as needed

Required

5-7 years of experience in Audit, Finance, or Transaction Advisory Services, with at least 3 years focused on M&A diligence
Strong command of US GAAP and M&A transaction processes
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools
Confidence interacting with senior executives, including private equity and C-suite leadership
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
