Vice President, Client Partnerships
AC Lion Digital Executive Search is partnering with a category-defining media platform to hire a Vice President of Client Partnerships to lead national and major account growth across agencies and Fortune 500 brands. This role involves owning and expanding strategic agency and brand relationships while driving significant revenue through complex enterprise deals.
Responsibilities
Own and grow national and major accounts with significant revenue responsibility
Lead strategic agency relationships and holding company partnerships
Drive complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from pitch through close
Build custom media, video, data, and audience solutions aligned to client KPIs
Partner closely with marketing, product, analytics, and planning teams
Identify new growth opportunities across verticals, platforms, and categories
Forecast accurately and manage pipeline through CRM and revenue systems
Serve as a senior external representative with brands, agencies, and executives
Qualification
Required
12–20+ years in national media, digital, CTV, premium video, or adtech sales
Deep holding company experience (OMD experience strongly preferred)
Proven success closing six- and seven-figure enterprise partnerships
Experience selling complex, solution-based media and data products
Prior roles at major publishers, networks, platforms, or scaled adtech companies
Existing senior-level relationships across agencies and national brands
Executive presence with agency leadership and C-suite brand teams
A strong industry network and reputation as a strategic partner
Comfort navigating complex buying groups and long sales cycles
Strong business acumen, forecasting discipline, and deal strategy
A consultative, trusted-advisor selling style (not transactional)
