Agile Coach
AMERICAN SOFTWARE LLC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Agile Coach to lead and facilitate Agile transformation initiatives within the organization. The Agile Coach will guide teams through Agile best practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure effective implementation of Agile frameworks across multiple projects while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize project delivery and enhance team performance.

Qualification
Required
10+ years comprehensive & proven expertise & experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in enterprise software environments with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks & methodologies like Scrum, SAFe, Kanban & LeSS & their practical applications
Strong systems thinking and ability to navigate complex organizational structures
Deep understanding of technical practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams
Extensive knowledge of project management
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Familiarity with project scheduling tools and techniques is required
Knowledge of software development practices
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or PMP are highly desirable

Agile methodologies/frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe & LeSS: 10 years (Required)
Deep understanding of technical practices DevOps, CI/CD, Automated Testing: 10 years (Required)

Preferred

Proven track record of fostering continuous learning & improvement within teams
Expertise in metrics-driven coaching, leveraging Agile metrics to inform decisions and drive improvements
Experience with organizational behavior and change management principles
Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management and product-centric ways of working
Passion for mentoring teams on technical excellence, such as test-driven development (TDD) and paired programming
Strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional development
