Employee Benefits Sales Consultant
JS Benefits Group is a leading Employee Benefits and HR consultancy, partnering with top carriers to serve employers in the Mid-Atlantic region. The Employee Benefits Sales Consultant will identify new business opportunities, provide consulting services, and develop tailored benefits solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Provide exceptional consulting services to clients
Develop tailored benefits solutions in collaboration with employers
Ensure customer satisfaction
Build strong client relationships
Maintain an in-depth understanding of employee benefits and HR solutions
Qualification
Required
Experience in Sales and ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs
Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring an exceptional client experience
Strong Communication and Consulting skills to effectively build relationships and provide strategic support
Proficiency in identifying and addressing client needs while maintaining a proactive approach
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
Life & Health Insurance License or ability to obtain within 2 months
Preferred
Prior experience in the employee benefits or HR consulting industry is a plus
