Responsibilities
Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at the location
Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises in accordance with site-specific policies
Provide customer service by assisting visitors and employees with questions and directions
Carry out security-related procedures and respond to incidents and/or emergencies following established protocols
Document and report any unusual activities, incidents, or violations of site policies
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities
Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives as needed regarding site activities and incidents
Maintain a visible presence to help deter potential security-related issues within the food and beverage environment
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Preferred
Customer service experience is preferred
CPR certification is preferred
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
