Inside Sales Associate
AKA Search Group is a real estate investment firm and leader in the residential real estate investing industry. They are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to take incoming leads, schedule appointments for the Acquisition Sales Team, and manage leads through their CRM system.

Responsibilities
Pre-screen inbound calls based on customer motivation level and property details to schedule in-person appointments
Live answer all inbound seller leads during normal office hours
Quick decision-making in response to changing conditions when speaking directly with potential customers
Set appointments for Acquisitions Manager based on seller motivation and equity
Conduct follow up rapport building through outbound calling, texting, and emailing with a focus on achieving the engagement and commitment of others
Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in company CRM
A sense of urgency for goal achievement across varied activities and simultaneous projects
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5+ years in sales or customer service roles required
Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills are required
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
Strong problem-solving skills with solution-oriented focus
Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
No real estate or industry experience required - we are looking for someone with the right personality and drive required to fill this role
