Responsibilities
Support routine and ad hoc financial reporting to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable information
Participate in monthly close activities, including account reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis
Assist with short-term forecasts, periodic estimates, and annual planning processes
Analyze operational costs, margins, and trends across key business drivers
Oversee and review transactional accounting areas such as payables, receivables, and inventory-related activity
Perform balance sheet reviews and maintain supporting schedules for select accounts
Monitor capital activity, fixed assets, and long-term commitments
Prepare supporting analyses and presentations for internal stakeholders
Document processes and contribute to the maintenance of effective internal controls
Partner with management on continuous improvement initiatives and financial transparency
Manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven environment
Support additional projects and initiatives as business needs evolve
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Comfortable working with detailed data while maintaining a big-picture perspective
Strong proficiency with Excel (including formulas, lookups, pivots, and basic reporting tools)
Experience working within ERP or financial reporting systems
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and reporting requirements
Preferred
