Responsibilities

Lead and execute financial due diligence engagements for predominantly buy-side M&A transactions
Analyze financial statements, assess the Quality of Earnings (QoE), and identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities
Demonstrate strong capability or interest in working on transactions within the Healthcare (provider/life sciences) and Manufacturing industries
Develop financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support diligence engagements
Prepare detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to clients and senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated solutions for clients
Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and responsiveness throughout the engagement
Stay up to date with industry trends, M&A market dynamics, and accounting/financial reporting standards

Required

6+ year of experience in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) / Financial Due Diligence
Experience with, or a strong professional interest in, Healthcare transactions is essential
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles (GAAP), and M&A processes
Experience supervising and mentoring staff is required
Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and diligence techniques (Quality of Earnings)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while working in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (CPA or MBA is highly preferred)
Willingness to travel to Tennessee 4-6 times per year for quarterly meetings
