Senior ServiceNow Developer - CSM/FSM
Alldus is working with a leading Telecoms organization seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join them on an initial 12-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. The role involves delivering and enhancing solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions across the ServiceNow platform
Work across modules including ITSM, CSM, and FSM
Build and maintain custom applications, integrations, workflows, and automations
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Provide senior-level input on best practices, platform optimization, and technical design
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer in enterprise environments
Strong hands-on expertise across ITSM, with exposure to CSM and/or FSM
Solid experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), integrations, and platform customization
Ability to work independently and contribute at a senior technical level
US Citizenship is required due to expedited onboarding and background check timelines
