Responsibilities
Assist in preparing annual file reviews of various commercial loan products
Analyze company financial statements, calculate and compare key ratios to industry averages
Analyze personal tax returns and credit reports to calculate debt to income ratios and personal cash flow available to service debt
Online research of specific individual owners, businesses, and industries and provide summaries of findings
Assist in various data cleanup projects
Qualification
Required
Currently working on a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related degree
Basic working knowledge of or interest in financial statements, credit, lending and underwriting processes and principles
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills (written and verbal)
Detail oriented with analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
Working knowledge of computer software programs including spreadsheets, word processing, etc
