Responsibilities
Serve as the Clerical Assistant to the Bureau of Policy, Analysis and Planning
Responsible for routine and moderately complex and technical clerical duties
Typing correspondence
Filing
Answering telephones
Scheduling meetings
Ordering supplies
Timekeeping backup for the Bureau
Qualification
Required
Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
Graduation from high school; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
This position requires keyboarding skills to meet standards for speed and accuracy
This position requires the ability to take and transcribe dictation
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
