Responsibilities
Advise sponsors on deal structuring, capital strategy, and execution readiness
Support fund managers with fundraising positioning and investor alignment
Guide transaction strategy across live opportunities within the ecosystem
Mentor analysts and investment scouts, strengthening execution quality
Build a verified Sponsor Advisory Track Record within Initio Sphere
Advise deal sponsors on transaction structuring, negotiation strategy, and execution planning
Support capital formation strategy, LP engagement, and investor communications
Provide oversight and guidance during diligence and investment committee preparation
Mentor analysts and scouts on modeling, diligence standards, and transaction mechanics
Deliver portfolio-level and operational advisory to enhance value creation
Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated history of closing transactions
Advising sponsors
Leading investment initiatives
Experience and demonstrated advisory capability across one or more of the following: Sponsor and fund formation strategy, Capital raising and LP positioning, Deal structuring, IC preparation, and transaction strategy, Portfolio company or operational advisory, Investor relations and network development, Mentorship and capability development for analysts and scouts
Preferred
Former investment bankers, PE/VC professionals, or senior fund executives
Experienced deal sponsors, operators, or founders with strong transaction records
Senior advisors capable of guiding live deals and mentoring junior talent
Professionals seeking high-trust, high-impact advisory work with transaction exposure
