Responsibilities
Provide quality person-centered care as demonstrated by the use of evidence - based clinical interventions
Provide all forms of direct clinical services, including PRS group, and PRS individual as credential by the Center and measured by a productivity expectation
Collect, organize, and record data and information for medical records in accordance with QI guidelines that is reflective of quality patient care
Demonstrate recognition of importance of collaboration, customer service and teamwork with the Center, TCSC and the community
Attend all trainings classified mandatory by Federal and State regulations and Center policy. Comply with all OMH / CDMHC / TCSC polices and protocols, applicable Quality Assurance, Corporate Compliance, and Cultural Competence, and CARF policy, procedure and regulation and all Federal State laws
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in guidance, counseling, or the social sciences and professional experience in human services or social services programs
Have working knowledge of Mental Health legal principles and practices, of methods, principles and practices of clinical counseling and educational services
Have considerable knowledge of psychopathology and patient management in psychiatric setting
Have working knowledge of basic health and welfare services provided by other agencies
Be able to effectively plan, coordinate and manage complex treatment and to the ability to conduct detailed investigations, draw conclusions and recommend required actions
Preferred
Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (or another language) are a plus
