Responsibilities

Serve as the onsite Subject Matter Expert for workplace technologies, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, collaboration tools, and VDI
Handle complex and high-impact escalations that require advanced troubleshooting and decision-making
Provide expert support for Windows 10/11, enterprise applications, and hardware platforms
Own troubleshooting and stabilization of Citrix / AVD / VDI environments from an end-user perspective
Ensure the workplace environment is secure, stable, compliant, and standardized
Review and validate SOPs, KBs, and technical documentation for accuracy and relevance
Define and enforce standards for standard vs non-standard applications
Participate in change, incident, and problem management, including RCA and preventive actions
Identify recurring issues, risks, and improvement opportunities and drive root-cause elimination
Continuously challenge existing practices and introduce new tools, automation, or smarter support approaches
Support workplace migrations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives (e.g., Windows 11, AVD, Intune)
Reduce dependency on higher support tiers through knowledge transfer and enablement
Act as a technical advisor to business stakeholders and IT leadership
Support major incident bridges, providing clear technical updates and guidance
Mentor EUC Team though technical guidance and best practices
Drive knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to team capability uplift
Support onboarding and technical upskilling initiatives

Required

Strong experience in End User Computing environments
Expert knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and enterprise applications
Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, Intune and Endpoint management
Good knowledge on SCCM, Intune end point management technologies
