Qualification
Required
Experience in Land Use and Land Use Planning
Skills in Land Development and Land Acquisition processes
Proficiency in conducting and analyzing Feasibility Studies
Strong leadership and organizational capabilities with the ability to manage large teams and multi-faceted projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and environmental guidelines
Relevant bachelor's or advanced degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields
Preferred
Previous experience in land development or real estate management is highly preferred
