Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients to understand their insurance needs

Assist with managing personal lines insurance policies, ensuring they meet client needs and are up-to-date

Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to their insurance policies promptly and accurately

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and policy modifications

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster long-term engagement and loyalty

Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless client experience, sharing insights and feedback for continuous improvement

Required

State of Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license is required
