Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries
Document call details clearly and thoroughly in our database
Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly as needed
Identify and assess customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction
Education and Training provided on-the-job
Maintain an efficient calendar of day-to-day activities
Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products, processes, and services
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as: Call handling and availability, Quality assurance scores, Customer satisfaction (CSAT)
All duties for Customer Service Representative assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person
Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills
Strong organizational, time management skills and ability to multi-task
Creative, patient and compassion to achieve customer satisfaction
Self-motivated
Firm knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mac
Pass a background check
Preferred
Pest Control customer service experience preferred
