Responsibilities
Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the perimeter and facility grounds
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activities
Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols
Communicate and collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management as required
Support a secure working environment by observing and reporting maintenance or potential hazard issues within the facility
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Preferred
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
Customer service experience is preferred
