Responsibilities
Cleaning and lubrication of ventilation fan motors, bearings, dampers, and drive units
Performing necessary mechanical repairs, adjustments, and parts replacements
Identifying and diagnosing faults in electrical circuitry and defective components by interpreting technical drawings and schematics
Utilizing various testing equipment
Repair, adjust, or replace any worn or malfunctioning components
Servicing and cleaning tunnel light fixtures, which involves tasks such as re-lamping, ballast replacement, socket fixture repairs, rewiring, and overall fixture replacement
Installation of electrical devices, fixtures, cables, and conduits, ensuring compliance with established standards and codes within the electrical trade
Servicing and maintaining detection and recording devices
Qualification
Required
Five years of journey-level experience in the electrical trade; or an equivalent combination of experience and training
Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
Ability to perform essential job functions
