Responsibilities

A Good understanding of Oracle Fusion database table structures within HCM
A successful Candidate should be hands-on with performing functional setups, debugging issues, and working on incidents in an independent capacity
Experience with federal projects is a plus
Experience with Oracle Fusion version 25C,25D
Experience with Visual Builder Studio (required)
Oracle Fusion application’s Embedded AI knowledge
Experience with Redwood User Interface
Should also have functional experience with the following modules
HCM Compensation
HCM Core HR and Self Service
HCM Benefits
HCM Performance Management and Goals
Additional skills should include:
Oracle HCM Reports and Analytics
Oracle Workflow, Approvals and Notifications

Required

5-8 Years of experience preferably with Oracle Fusion
Oracle Fusion application experience in the following modules: Oracle Time & Labor, Oracle US Payroll, Oracle Recruiting
A Good understanding of Oracle Fusion database table structures within HCM
A successful Candidate should be hands-on with performing functional setups, debugging issues, and working on incidents in an independent capacity
