Responsibilities
Supervises and coordinates work assignments, workflow, and duty activities of clinical staff who provide direct clinical services to consumers
Assesses program needs in adult services and makes recommendation to the Integrated Behavioral Health Manager relative to this. This role also plans and implements special programming related to clinical services and coordinates with other agencies as needed concerning services
Plans, prioritizes, and manages clinical treatment services for complex behavioral health cases by completing initial biopsychosocial assessments, annual reassessments, and all assigned screening tools in accordance with NEDHSA policy
Works as a part of a treatment team to provide quality care and reduce the stigma surrounding behavioral health (mental health or substance use) treatment
Initiates professional correspondence as needed and completes reports on time and participates in behavioral health outreach initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
A master's degree in a social science, health or human services, or health administration field plus three years of experience in health services, social services, nursing, or counseling
A doctorate in a social science, health or human services, or health administration field, or a medical degree plus two years of experience in health services, social services, nursing, or counseling
Applicants with licensure as either a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker are encouraged to apply
