As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across banks and credit unions, focusing on new logo acquisition and building strong relationships within the financial sector.

Responsibilities
Own and execute a regional sales strategy focused on new logo acquisition
Sell across the Fraud, IDV, and AML solution suite
Target and close opportunities within banks and credit unions
Build strong relationships with CISOs, Heads of Fraud, Compliance, Risk, and Security leaders
Collaborate closely with leadership as part of the initial U.S. GTM team
Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue performance
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience within the fraud, identity, or financial crime ecosystem
Strong existing network within U.S. banks and credit unions
Recent, referenceable wins selling into banking or credit union customers
Track record of consistently exceeding quota in new business roles
Comfortable operating in a build-mode, start-up GTM environment
Strategic, consultative seller who can navigate long, complex sales cycles
