Client Success Manager
Vivvi is a company that provides child care and early learning solutions for families by partnering with employers. They are seeking a Client Success Manager to manage corporate client accounts, build relationships with HR leaders, and analyze client data to drive retention and growth.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of corporate client accounts across the full lifecycle, including implementation, launch, renewal, and expansion
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR, People, and Benefits leaders, building trusted, long-term relationships that support retention and growth
Analyze client data to surface actionable insights and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to clients
Proactively identify risks and opportunities to drive client retention, expansion, and long-term account growth
Own client-facing communications, presentations and materials across the client lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
Manage and optimize client communications in HubSpot, including email campaigns, workflows, landing pages, and templates tied to client programs, events, and key milestones
Coordinate webinar, virtual and in-person event setup and follow-up
Qualification
Required
Have experience supporting B2B or enterprise clients, particularly in the employee benefits space
Are a deeply client service oriented professional who brings a culture of exceptional service, and ownership to everything they do
Have a proven track record building trusted client relationships and delivering consistently high-quality experiences across multiple touchpoints
Possess a strong data fluency and analytical mindset, with the ability to work comfortably with data sets, reports, and dashboards to identify trends, assess performance, and support client decision-making
Are proficient with HubSpot, including email campaigns, workflows, landing pages, and templates, as well proficiency across Google Workspace and Canva
Has exceptional attention to detail and an eye for clean, consistent design
Is a strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to client stakeholders
Are able to work in our NYC office 2-3 days per week
Candidates must possess independent US work authorization
Preferred
Have experience working in Sales Force and other CRMs
