Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product vision and execution for a portfolio of developer tools and technical products
Position the product organization—and the company—as AI-first, ensuring AI capabilities are thoughtfully embedded into product strategy and roadmap
Partner with executive leadership to scale product expertise across the organization
Lead and develop 4 Product Managers (growing to 5 by year-end) and 2–3 Designers reporting directly to this role
Establish clear expectations, operating rhythms, and supervision processes before delegating execution
Build a strong communication and decision-making structure within the product team and across functions
Engage directly with customers to understand needs, validate solutions, and guide prioritization
Learn the product deeply before training or delegating to others
Work closely with engineering to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and developer experience excellence
Maintain a strong balance between strategic leadership and day-to-day product involvement
Partner closely with Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure product alignment with customer and market needs
Support faster, more effective product decision-making as the company scales
Qualification
Required
Strong technical foundation with a background in software engineering
Proven experience building and scaling developer tools or developer-focused products
Prior leadership experience managing 6–10 direct reports
Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, ideally at or beyond $100M ARR
Demonstrated ability to operate hands-on while building scalable systems and teams
Comfortable working across time zones, including occasional early-morning meetings
