Regional Sales Engineer - HVAC
Canarm HVAC is a company dedicated to providing quality ventilation equipment and outstanding customer service. They are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Engineer to drive sales growth, engage prospective clients, and promote their HVAC products.

Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
Review drawings and specifications plus meet with client’s/contractor’s engineering teams to define scope and requirements
Translate the technical capabilities of Canarm products to demonstrate how we can meet client needs
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations for new and existing clients
Negotiate and close contracts
Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies
Relay client feedback to the Engineering team to aid in continuous improvement efforts
Work closely with New Product Development team to share insights, market knowledge and support innovation
Attend industry trade shows and events to represent Canarm and support dealer participation
Prepare monthly sales forecasts, activity reports, and territory plans
Qualification
Required
Engineering designation
Minimum 3 years of sales or territory management experience in the HVAC industry required
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
In-depth technical understanding of HVAC products
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams related to HVAC systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively within select region
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
