Responsibilities
Direct the lifecycle of multiple IESS projects from initial concept through final acceptance, ensuring seamless integration across all security tiers
Act as the principal liaison for federal clients, subcontractors, and internal executive teams to ensure alignment on vision and delivery
Develop and monitor critical program health indicators, including complex schedules, budgets, risk registers, and performance metrics
Spearhead system design reviews and coordinate cross-functional experts in engineering, IT, and cybersecurity to ensure robust, 'hardened' security solutions
Define scopes of work and hold vendors accountable to rigorous performance and quality standards
Proactively identify technical bottlenecks or resource constraints, implementing agile solutions to keep programs on track
Support the transition from contract award to execution by contributing to cost estimations and proposal development
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing integrated electronic security systems projects
Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct multiple projects
Ability to act as a liaison for federal clients and internal teams
Experience in developing and monitoring program health indicators
Technical expertise in system design and integration
Experience in vendor and subcontractor management
Ability to identify and mitigate risks in project execution
Experience in business growth and proposal development
