Zearch is an early-stage, fast-growing technology company building a data orchestration platform designed to transform how modern data teams operate. They are seeking a Founding Head of Marketing to build the marketing function from the ground up, define go-to-market strategy, and establish the company’s voice as it scales.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Define and execute the company’s initial marketing and go-to-market strategy
Establish core positioning, messaging, and narrative for technical and executive audiences
Build demand generation programs to drive pipeline and support early revenue
Own product marketing, including launches, use cases, and competitive positioning
Partner closely with Sales to align campaigns, content, and ICP definition
Develop thought leadership and content strategy across owned and earned channels
Select and implement marketing tools, processes, and metrics
Hire, mentor, and scale the marketing team as the company grows

Required

Marketing leader with 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, including early-stage or founding roles
Strong background in product marketing, demand generation, or technical marketing
Comfortable marketing highly technical products with evolving narratives
Equal parts strategic and execution-focused — willing to do the work
Highly collaborative partner to founders, Sales, and Product
Energized by ambiguity and motivated by building from scratch

Preferred

Experience in AI, data, developer tools, or infrastructure strongly preferred
