Printing Services Supervisor
NEOGOV is seeking a Printing Services Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and staff within the Purchasing Department. The role involves organizing and scheduling jobs, evaluating printing requests, and ensuring customer service is responsive to departmental needs and deadlines.

Responsibilities
Supervises and coordinates the daily operations and staff within the department
Organizing and scheduling jobs
Evaluating printing requests
Providing assistance to customers to ensure that service is responsive to department needs and deadlines
Implementing operating procedures and evaluating work performance
Analyzing processes and defining job costing and production data inputs
Meeting with vendors of materials and equipment for information and estimates
Providing input for the budget regarding staffing, equipment and supplies
Qualification
Required
Two (2) years of full-time equivalent experience operating and maintaining a wide range of printing and related equipment using workflow management software which includes pre and postproduction quality control -AND- one (1) year of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity performing hiring, training, evaluations and disciplinary actions
Preferred
Printing experience in a government setting
Customer service driven and results-focused in order to provide prompt and efficient service; including prioritization of customer services
