Mid LevelCityPay.io is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support their internal and external communications by producing high-quality visual materials. The role focuses on designing professional presentations, corporate guides, internal policies, infographics, and branded documents that reflect the company's innovative fintech identity and support business operations.

Responsibilities
Design and develop visually engaging presentations for management, investors, partners, and internal teams
Create structured and branded guides, manuals, and policy documents (HR, Compliance, Operations, etc.)
Produce clear and attractive infographics to visualize data, processes, and reports
Prepare templates for corporate documents, reports, and internal communications
Ensure consistency with CityPay.io brand guidelines across all materials
Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Management teams to translate content into visual formats
Improve existing documents and presentations by enhancing layout, readability, and visual impact
Adapt designs for digital and print use when required
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Maintain and organize a library of design assets and templates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in corporate, fintech, or consulting environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with presentations, corporate documents, and infographics
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, or similar
Excellent layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
Ability to work with text-heavy and data-driven content
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to understand complex information and present it clearly
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of English (written and spoken); Georgian and/or Turkish is a plus
Preferred
Experience working with HR, compliance, or regulatory documentation
Knowledge of branding in fintech or financial services
Experience creating interactive or animated presentations
Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles
