Business Development Manager – Recruiting Agencies (Outbound) Commission Only | Remote
TalentRoom is a company that provides a free service to recruiting agencies. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and reaching out to recruiting agencies in the US, UK, and Canada to secure calls with agency owners, without the responsibility of pitching or closing deals.

Responsibilities
Identify US, UK & Canadian recruiting agencies
Reach out to recruiting agency owners / partners
Use: LinkedIn DMs, Cold emails, Phone calls
Qualify agencies at a high level (less than 15 employees)
Book calls directly into Oliver’s (Founder & CEO) Calendly
Log activity cleanly so attribution is clear
Qualification
Required
You need to have a professional LinkedIn account
Agency is legally incorporated in the US, UK or Canada
Agency has a signed contract with their client
Job role is $100,000+ annual compensation
Role is realistic and legal (no scams, no fantasy roles, no illegal positions)
Preferred
Strong outbound operators
People comfortable with commission-only
Hunters who like clear rules and clean incentives
People who enjoy outreach and conversations, not closing
Ex-recruiters, agency operators, or B2B outbound specialists
