IT Helpdesk Analyst
IDR, Inc. is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to join one of their top clients in St. Joseph, MI. The role focuses on providing internal support for over 700 locations, involving tasks such as password resets, network troubleshooting, and software support while working in a team-oriented environment.

Provide internal support for over 700 locations across the country
Perform password resets, network troubleshooting, printer/network installs, and basic end user connectivity and software support
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience within an IT Support role (Network/Hardware)
Customer-service oriented mindset - Excellent Communication Skills is a must!
Proficient experience with Microsoft Office 365
Basic Troubleshooting skills (IE: Password Resets, printer installs & troubleshooting, end user connectivity support, network troubleshooting, etc.)
Bachelor's Degree
