Responsibilities
Develop, test, and troubleshoot embedded software for machine controllers, operator displays, and subsystems
Implement real-time communication between electronic components across machine networks
Support prototype development and validation against safety, regulatory, and performance requirements
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to define functionality, evaluate solutions, and verify system behavior
Prepare technical documentation to support manufacturing and product release
Address technical challenges with mentorship while managing assigned work priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Academic, internship, or project experience working with embedded software for control or electronic systems
Proficiency in C/C++ development for microcontroller-based platforms (16-bit or 32-bit)
Understanding of hardware–software interaction in embedded environments
Familiarity with communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, and I²C
Exposure to wireless communication, telematics, or firmware update processes
Awareness of real-time operating systems and functional safety principles
Experience with source control and development pipelines (e.g., Git, CI/CD tools)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile team setting
