Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Automotive Management, or related field
Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Jira)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in automotive F&I or dealer services
Proven success managing product or system implementations involving dealership or financial integrations
Preferred
Familiarity with DMS platforms (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, DealerTrack) and related systems preferred
