This role involves clearing title and reviewing title commitments for Florida real estate transactions, providing administrative and operational support to the processing and closing team.

Responsibilities
Review title commitments and clear title, including liens, judgments, payoffs, HOA issues, probate matters, and corrective instruments
Post Closing and Recording Responsibilities
Communicate with real estate agents, lenders, underwriters, attorneys, and clients to satisfy title requirements
Maintenance in the title production system
Coordinate and schedule closings and signing appointments
Ensure files are complete, accurate, and compliant prior to closing
Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and office visitors
Provide administrative and operational support to the processing and closing team
Qualification
Required
1 to 3 years of experience in title processing or title support
Demonstrated experience clearing title
Working knowledge of Florida real estate transactions and title requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Notary License
Preferred
Experience with Florida residential transactions; commercial exposure is a plus
Familiarity with title production or transaction management software
Experience working directly with title underwriters
Interest in long-term career growth in title operations
Proficiency using Qualia Software
Notarization of closing documents
