Responsibilities
Welcome new students within 48 hours of enrollment
Create smooth onboarding experience that drives engagement
Get students activated and using curriculum from day one
Build onboarding sequences that scale
Build and facilitate student community (select platform and manage)
Host weekly office hours or community calls (1 hour/week)
Create engagement programming and peer support structures
Answer student questions and provide guidance
Foster accountability partnerships among students
Create check-in systems and accountability mechanisms
Monitor student progress toward business goals
Proactive outreach to students who are struggling or stalling
Celebrate wins and milestones publicly to inspire others
Create certification submission process and requirements
Review certification submissions against standards
Issue certifications to qualifying graduates
Maintain certification quality and prestige
Set up success metrics dashboard
Track real outcomes (businesses launched, revenue generated, client acquisition)
Develop detailed case studies from student successes
Provide monthly success reporting to leadership
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years in customer success, community management, or student support
Energized (not drained) by helping people succeed
Comfortable with real-time interaction (weekly calls/office hours)
Ability to work independently and own outcomes
6-12 months financial runway to sustain year-one profit share model
Proficiency with WordPress, Canva, and Google Suite
