Qualification

Required

Completed high school or equivalent
Two years of related clerical and customer service experience
Understanding of athletic facility reservations
Availability to work up to 19 hours per week during core hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Fridays 8 a.m.-5 p.m
Ability to push, pull, drag, lift or carry equipment/supplies (weighing up to 50 lbs.) and lean, stoop, kneel, twist, bend and stand in the performance of job duties

Preferred

Experience assisting the public with facility reservations for athletic sporting events and/or other large-scale events
Experience with CivicRec or another computerized registration or reservation program
Experience assisting with facility reservations including maintaining forms, processing applications and payments, and customer service
