Responsibilities
Perform porter duties such as cleaning common areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a pleasant environment for residents
Follow the new sanitation garbage schedule, including working two night shifts plus Saturday afternoons as required
Qualification
Required
Must be able to start immediately
Must have the physical strength to lift cleaning materials
Interpersonal skills are also necessary for interacting with building occupants
Preferred
Prior experience in porter or maintenance work is preferred
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and management
Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability in completing assigned tasks
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and organization
