Electrical system architecture and design
Schematic design and component selection
Development board bring-up and system validation
PCB design, prototyping, and iteration
Embedded firmware development
Power management and battery-powered system design
Wireless connectivity and device communication
Testing, validation, and production support
Collaboration with mechanical designers, industrial designers, and manufacturers
Supporting manufacturing handoff and early production builds

Required

Successfully launched electro-mechanical products
Ownership of electrical design from concept through production
Experience working with overseas manufacturers

Development board bring-up and system validation
PCB design, prototyping, and iteration
Embedded firmware development
Power management and battery-powered system design

Brushless motor control systems
Audio circuits (MCUs, memory, amplifiers)
Low-power electronics design
Li-Ion battery management systems (BMS)
Custom battery pack design
Thermal-management-driven systems
Flexible or rigid-flex PCB design
Wearables or miniaturized electronics
Wireless connectivity (Bluetooth, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Sub-GHz)
Sensor integration and custom calibration
Compliance-driven or regulated product design (FCC, CE, UL, etc.)
