Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of family law experience, with a preference for candidates with 5+ years
Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania, with no pending or past disciplinary actions
Availability to attend mediations, court hearings, and trials
Staying informed about changes in laws and practices affecting our clients
High-speed internet and space conducive to remote work
Ability to reliably travel to courts in New Jersey and Philadelphia, with a willingness to take cases throughout both states
