HPS1, ESIT Referral & ABCD Coordinator
NEOGOV is part of the Spokane Regional Health District, which is dedicated to public health and serving the residents of Spokane County. The ESIT Referral & ABCD Coordinator will assist families in accessing coordinated services for infants and toddlers with developmental needs, ensuring timely referrals and quality family resource coordination in accordance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities
Processes ESIT and ABCD referrals, ensuring timeliness, family choice, and program standards
Communicates with families to obtain needed information, explain ESIT/ABCD eligibility, and determine provider preferences
Serves as the primary point of contact for referral sources (hospitals, medical providers, social service agencies) and maintains those relationships
Assigns Family Resource Coordinators (FRCs) in the ESIT Data Management System and ensures timely communication to contracted ESIT providers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a health, business, administration, social work or closely related field
2 years of relevant experience with at least one year working with families with infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays
Must have completed required ESIT Training with WA State Department of Children Youth Family ESIT program or the ability to complete within 30 days of hire
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
Preferred
Three years of related experience
