Responsibilities
Carefully file, smooth, and shape ceramic cores using hand tools, and precision instruments
Inspect cores for cracks, chips, or dimensional defects, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications
Perform minor repairs (patch) or touch-ups to maintain product integrity
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety protocols
Document work that has been performed and report any quality issues to supervisors and team leads
Qualification
Required
High school education or equivalent life experience
Three to six months related experience or training
Ability to learn and to operate all injection machines
Perform all functions of wax injection operation
Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and work instructions and procedure manuals
Ability to record information on a daily basis
Ability to speak and listen effectively to follow instructions in English
Ability to write and speak complete sentences and understand verbal and written instructions in English
Ability to add and subtract two- and three-digit numbers and to perform simple multiplication and division
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to read, interpret and adhere to technical drawings and read procedural documentation
Commitment to quality and safety standards
Able to safely and efficiently operate machinery and tooling
Strong mechanical aptitude

Detailed Oriented
Complete understanding of Core Finishing processes (lvl I, II and III)
