Strategize and execute on complex commercial and business litigation from inception through trial and appeal
Draft high-impact briefs, argue dispositive motions, and take/defend depositions in federal and state courts
Conduct fact investigations and work directly with clients and experts on multi-million-dollar disputes
Collaborate on settlement negotiations and alternative resolutions in high-stakes matters
Build trial skills with opportunities to second-chair and eventually first-chair significant cases
Qualification
Required
Experience in civil litigation
Ability to handle complex commercial disputes
Strong drafting skills for briefs and motions
Experience in taking and defending depositions
Ability to conduct fact investigations
Experience in settlement negotiations
Willingness to collaborate with clients and experts
