Responsibilities
Representing owners and developers in multifamily rental real estate transactions
Handling acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, and financing transactions
Supporting and, at times, running deals, including supervising junior team members and coordinating deal teams
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase agreements, JV agreements, loan documents, and related transactional materials
Managing timelines, diligence, and deal execution through closing
Collaborating closely with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of sophisticated transactional commercial real estate experience
Meaningful experience representing owners/developers, particularly in multifamily matters
Experience with acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development, and financing transactions
Strong academic credentials
Confident drafting and editing skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment
Preferred
Affordable Housing experience is a plus, but not required
