Lead the technical implementation and execution of complex, multi-channel Braze campaigns
Design and develop robust customer journeys using Braze Canvas, ensuring adherence to best practices in deliverability and data privacy
Utilize Liquid scripting for sophisticated dynamic content personalization
Architect and manage integrations between Braze and other critical enterprise platforms, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), CMS, data warehouses, and e-commerce systems
Configure and manage Braze SDKs, events, and attributes for precise targeting and segmentation, collaborating closely with data and engineering teams
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and project guidance to a team of marketing technologists and developers
Develop and enforce rigorous QA processes, and support A/B testing and optimization efforts across campaigns
Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues related to Braze and its integrated platforms
Qualification
Required
Lead the technical implementation and execution of complex, multi-channel Braze campaigns
Have 8-10 years of experience of working in Braze and similar Marketing automation platforms
Design and develop robust customer journeys using Braze Canvas, ensuring adherence to best practices in deliverability and data privacy
Utilize Liquid scripting for sophisticated dynamic content personalization
Architect and manage integrations between Braze and other critical enterprise platforms, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), CMS, data warehouses, and e-commerce systems
